Registration of an Individual Entrepreneur (IP) in the Republic of Uzbekistan
For the state registration of the Individual entrepreneur, it is necessary to submit an application to the state body at the place of residence. An individual entrepreneur (artisan) is recognized as an individual who, with the help of his skills, carries out a product or service for private or commercial use.

It is important to know that the activities of an individual entrepreneur can be carried out without the formation of a legal entity.
- Allocation of premises for rent for workshops, organization of a network of specialized stores for trade in products or goods;
- Providing practical assistance in obtaining local raw materials, the necessary materials, tools and means of small-scale mechanization;
- Payment of the "Usto-Shogird" scholarship from the State Fund for Assistance to Young Artisans.
List of required documents:
- Application-notification in accordance with the established form (see Appendix No. 1a to the Regulation);
- 2 photos 3 x 4 cm;
- Bank payment document on the payment of state. Fees in the amount of one MRZP;
- sketches of stamps;
- A copy of the passport.
