Change of legal address
The presence of a legal address is an important attribute of the law for all legal entities. There are some reasons or circumstances for changing it:
- Immediate moving of the organization to another city, district, street, etc.;
- Termination of the lease agreement ;
- Inconsistencies in the actual address and legal address of the organization, etc.
Changes in the legal address of the LLC are also possible at the residence of the resident (if the organization does not require a commercial premises). To register a legal address at the place of registration, provide confirmation of the tenants of the apartment or house
Submit application- Consultation on all issues related to the change of the legal address, as well as making the necessary changes to the constituent documents;
- Preparation of a package of constituent documents required for state registration;
- Provision and support of notarization of documents;
- Payment of state fee;
- Making a new stamps of organization on a new snap.
- It is important to know that when changing the legal address it is required to notify the bank, statistical bodies, tax inspection at the place of the actual stay of the legal entity and make a reconciliation report with the Hak bank on paid contributions
All this is necessary to avoid imposing sanctions for non-compliance with the deadlines, according to the "Regulations on state registration and registration of business entities" approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PP-357 dated May 24, 2006
